Für unseren Standort in Berlin suchen wir regelmäßig Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter / Referendare (m/w/d) für den Fachbereich Litigation/Arbitration.
Dein Profil
Begeisterung für zivilprozessuale Fragestellungen sowie strategisch-prozesstaktisches Denken
Interesse daran, dich in verschiedene Bereiche des Wirtschaftsrechts (z. B. Gesellschaftsrecht, Immobilienrecht, allgemeines Vertragsrecht, Insolvenzrecht, Urheberrecht) einzuarbeiten und dort komplexe Rechtsfragen eigenständig zu recherchieren und praxisnah zu lösen
Mindestens abgeschlossenes erstes Staatsexamen
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur schnellen Erfassung komplexer Sachverhalte
Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Eigeninitiative
